The Venue for the wedding was the Vimy Officer's Mess (VOM)

Each table had a hashtag on it which means something to the younger generation

They all had designated name tags and table assignments

In the first iteration, the Head Table was located by the windows. In a stroke of genius, they moved it to the railings and Kheayali had designed a backdrop with lights. This really made picture taking easy. I though it would be more difficult, but on the contrary, I was getting no reflection from the setting sun. I say all this because I initially asked them to move the head table. Smart people. Didn't listen.

India has a tradition that we are benefiting from...they give the groom's side a gift. They had gifts for me, Sharon, Kathryn, my mother...we are so blessed. As you can see here, Sharon is not understanding and also wondering if she missed a protocol since we had no reciprocal gift

Sangeeta gave Sharon and I, each a gold plated bookmark that her late husband (Atul) and her choose for this occasion.

I am building this webpage and it feels like Christmas

This is the beautiful book mark that Atul (Sangeeta's late husband) and her chose before his passing as our gifts. What a nice gift, and obviously a lot of thought was put into this gift since both Sharon and I love reading.

Annalea brought over her gift for them. She is always thinking and it was everything they always needed

We also gave them a Magic Butter Machine. Kheayali was interested in doing that

After a lot of folks left, other family (from kheayali's side) finally arrived from Toronto.

Most were strangers when they came in and by the time they left Sunday morning, they were all FAMILY
